I opened a bottle of bubbly yesterday for the Alpine Spritz, and that stuff doesn’t last forever in the fridge! So I might be featuring spritz cocktails for a few days.⁣ 🍾

I went in search of a spritz recipe that uses Creme de Violette, as I’ve only used a tiny bit of my bottle for an Aviation. Turns out, as long as you follow the general spritz recipe (3oz sparkling wine, 2oz liqueur, 1oz club soda) you can make a spritz with any liqueur.⁣

This is yummy. I forgot that CdV has some sweetness to it. Pretty, too. ⁣
