I found this recipe in Death & Co Modern Classic Cocktails book, it is also available online.

The creator of this cocktail says that a friend pointed out to him that there aren’t any old-fashioned-style drinks (read: boozy and stirred) that use orgeat. So he made this one.

And it is very tasty…but I have liked every single cocktail I’ve tried that uses peach liqueur, so I may not be the greatest judge. Oh, and I think I’ve liked every single cocktail I’ve tried that uses orgeat, too – double whammy.
