This is a modern riff on the Corpse Reviver No. 2 using St-G instead of Lillet. This drink confirms something for me…I love absinthe in a cocktail as long as it is a rinse, and not a jiggered pour. It’s good in small amounts.⁣

Much like a Corpse Reviver No. 2, this is very good. Whether you use St-G or Lillet, the combo makes a complex, bright cocktail. It’s Saturday night and I’m having another one of these, for sure.⁣
