Tequila is full of surprises! I wouldn’t have even thought of trying tequila in eggnog except my next-door neighbor insisted that THIS WAS THE ONE. She has excellent taste in most things, so I thought it was worth a shot.⁣

It is surprisingly delicious! In the first sip I could clearly taste two things that my mind was having trouble reconciling – I could clearly taste both tequila and eggnog as separate flavors. Then it changed with subsequent tastes. The tequila enhances the sweetness of the nog, and helps to bring out the baking spice flavors. Oh, tequila. You’re a dark horse.⁣
