I found this recipe while browsing scotch cocktails. I wish I knew the origins of the name, it seems like there has to be a story there.⁣

This is really tasty! I didn’t have a lot of hope for how a primarily raspberries & cream drink would go with scotch, but it totally works. And the Earl Grey syrup is the flavor that lingers on the tongue. My only complaint is that it’s kind of a weird color. I can get past the weird color, I love this cocktail.⁣

(Earl Grey syrup is just equal parts Earl Grey tea and sugar…just like simple syrup, but tea instead of water.)⁣
