I found this recipe on liquor.com.
Pimm’s No. 1 Cup, 7up, cucumber, mint, strawberry, lemon, orange
The Pimm’s cup started as a health drink in 1840s London. In the same way the Kentucky Derby has the Mint Julep, the Wimbedon Tennis Tournaments has the Pimm’s Cup.
Okay, this is officially the drink with the most garnishes. I didn’t even add all of them, because I didn’t see how I was going to fit an orange wheel on there with everything else. It is a fruit salad of garnishes.
But I see why all of the garnishes are necessary. When you take a sip, you get the aroma of cucumber/mint/strawberry, which is really nice. And Pimm’s is…I’m having a hard time finding the words for the taste. A little bitter, a little herby. All said, it’s a great cocktail.
