This is a spin on the Moscow Mule, but with tequila instead of the traditional vodka. I’ve learned in the short time on this project that if you add ginger beer and lime to ANYTHING it becomes a mule. You could add ginger beer and lime to a grilled cheese sandwich and I’m sure it’s still technically a mule.⁣ 🐴

I’ve had a couple of people tell me that tequila is actually an improvement to the regular ol’ Moscow Mule, so I put it on the list of drinks to try. And yes, indeed! I need to try a Moscow Mule again (it’s been a while) to compare them, but I’m thinking this is the better drink. Ginger beer is so weird the way that it has a strong flavor, but it tastes so different with different boozes. This one’s a keeper.⁣
