I gave the basic spritz recipe in my last post, but it’s worth repeating, because it’s a quick way to make a low-alcohol refresher that looks so pretty in the glass. It is 3oz sparkling wine, 2oz of any liqueur, and 1oz of club soda. Three-two-one. ⁣
