Yes, I made up this name, but the cocktail is just a basil gimlet. I was looking at my tired basil plant today thinking that I’d better get a move on if I wanted to use basil in a mixed drink. Then I thought, my whole garden only has a few weeks left, I want the garnish to represent my 2020 garden.⁣

In the garnish: basil, thyme, cape plumbago (the blue flowers), bougainvillea (the pink flowers). I think that’s all I have in there.⁣
