I found this recipe on liquor.com.
rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur
“I prefer it without sugar and double rum.” These were Ernest Hemingway’s words when he tried the signature daiquiri at Floridita’s, a historic fish restaurant in Havana. There have been a few changes to the drink since then, but that’s how the “Papa Doble”, or “Hemingway Special”, or “Hemingway Daiquiri” was born.
This is really good. A regular Daiquiri (rum, lime juice, simple syrup) was already one of my two favorite rum drinks so far, and this recipe takes it up a notch. (My other favorite rum drink is Cuban Rose.) The Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur is new to my bar, and I was totally unfamiliar with it. It adds a lot of depth and flavor to a Daiquiri.
