gin, grapefruit juice

Simple cocktail for a Friday night. The Greyhound can be made with vodka or gin, I’ve used rosemary gin from @tgftheginfactory. Rosemary and grapefruit go really nicely together.

I don’t have a Greyhound dog, but I have a Whippet! Her name is Dolley and I poured this drink while cooling down after a very fun game of frisbee with her in the backyard. She was only 6 months old when lockdown started, and frisbee has been our pandemic activity every day, aside from the days of the Texas ice storm. She’s fast, and she loves running! And I love watching her enjoy doing what her body is built to do.
