I wasn’t going to post a drink today, but when I saw that today is Daiquiri Day, I figured it was a chance to try something new and use up those raspberries in the freezer.⁣

I’ve already posted about the history of the Daiquiri and Hemimgway Special. So I’ll leave the history out of this one, and leave the raspberry seeds in. (The recipe told me to strain them out.) ⁣

I know it looks like a tomato paste daiquiri, but I swear it’s raspberry. And it’s yummy, but it needs more rum.⁣
