Empress Gin, tonic
It’s just a gin and tonic! But Empress Gin uses butterfly pea blossoms as a botanical, which color the gin blue in the bottle, and shades of blue, pink, or purple when mixed with tonic or citrus. The gin itself is very good, the beautiful color is just a bonus. 🦋
I’ve actually been to the Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC. Lovely place. They weren’t making the gin back when I was there last, today is my first taste.
