ā£I followed the recipe on liquor.com, but I used silver tequila instead of reposado.ā£

I knew I’d like this before I tried it, because it’s pretty much a Mexican Mule with creme de cassis. And that’s exactly what it tastes like! A Mexican Mule with a little sweet berry flavor. Silver tequila is so fresh and bright tasting!ā£

My only disappointment with this cocktail is that I tried to layer the ginger beer on top to make sort of a red ombrĆ© effect. I’m not always great with layering, and I think the carbonation in the ginger beer made it that much harder. I’ll keep practicing! ā£
