This is another one of those cocktails where you can taste the thought someone put into each ingredient. The whole reason I wanted to try it was because the recipe was so strange…cognac and St-G? Why agave and not simple syrup? It all comes together just right, and the rosemary sprig adds to the whole experience. Love this drink. ⁣ ⁣
