There was a mix-up in my farmer’s market delivery this week. I ordered some berries, got some berries in my regular produce box, then some extra berries were accidentally thrown in there. I’m drowning in berries. (What a way to go!)

So, if I’m smart, I’ll be featuring cocktails using berries for the next week or so.

This is really tasty. There are lots of ingredients in this cocktail, but I really only taste strawberry. Not too sweet or tart, just bubbly, boozy strawberries.

Note – the recipe calls for sparkling rosé, I had prosecco on hand, so that is what I used.
