It’s taco night here at VPHQ, so it’s also marg night. 🌮🍹 No history on the cocktail in this post, as I covered the history in my frozen margarita post back in May. The frozen margarita I made wasn’t a “Cadillac” (meaning no Grand Marnier), and I used simple syrup to sweeten it instead of agave syrup. This one is the better marg.
I don’t think I’ve ever made crunchy tacos in my life, but I’m going all the way tonight and frying up my own taco shells. Fire extinguisher at the ready…wish me luck! 🔥
