gin, St-Germain, lemon juice, basil leaves, soda

I found this recipe on nwedible.com.
Pretty much a basil gimlet with St-G instead of simple syrup, and lemon juice instead of lime. I was excited to try it when I saw the recipe, because gin, St-G (elderflower liqueur), and lemon juice are a winning combination. Nothing wrong with adding basil to that mix!
And it is very nice, indeed. The basil takes the summery taste up a notch, and this is more flavorful than a basil gimlet. Bright and freshhhhh.
